MPC Board Member Nomination

With the current MPC Board's term coming to an end, it is the time of year to submit nominations for the January 2023 - December 2024 MPC Board.  Please be informed, the MPC Board will remain a 9 person Board (8 elected Board Members plus the Immediate Past President) for operating efficiency.
 

Requirements:

  • Current Board Members may remain on the Board for the upcoming term, but they MUST BE RENOMINATED by a current and paid 2022 MPC Member

  • Potential Nominees may only be nominated by a current paid 2022 Club Member

  • Potential Nominees may not serve as a Club Board Member if they serve on another social and/or cultural organization’s Board

  • Potential Nominees must have been paid members of the Club for the prior two years and the upcoming nomination year.

    • Example: For the term beginning in 2023, a nominee must have paid dues for years 2021, 2022, and 2023 (which occurs at the Christmas Party)

  • Kindly only submit nominations for individuals who will take the responsibility of Board Member seriously for the two year commitment.

Voting Process:

  • Nomination submissions will be accepted from now until Sunday, December 4, 2022

  • Biography's and headshots of the Nominees will be circulated to the community once Nominations close.

  • Voting is only allowed for those who pay their 2023 Membership at the MPC Christmas Party on Sunday, December 11, 2022

  • Voting will be done a paper ballot at check-in using the nominations you submit on this form

  • Votes will be counted at the Christmas Party and the 2023 - 2024 MPC Board will be inducted that evening

  • Officers (i.e. President, Vice President, etc.) will be elected by your new MPC Board at their first Board Meeting in 2023
